NY Man Stole $7,000+ of Merchandise from Danbury Mall: Report
A 38-year-old Queens man was arrested on a warrant Saturday for stealing more than $7,260 worth of clothes at a Danbury mall store.

DANBURY, CT — A 38-year-old Queens man was arrested on a warrant Saturday for stealing more than $7,260 worth of clothes at Abercrombie & Fitch at the Danbury Fair Mall in March, according to a report on The News Times.
Police said that Mauricio A. Villegas stole the items back in Marchbut escaped police and, when he was recently arrested in Delaware, he was sent to Danbury, the report stated. Villegas was charged with third degree larceny, embezzlement, theft from a building, shoplifting and more.
