September Restaurant Health Inspection Report (Two Automatic Failures)

This is the Health and Human Services Department's health inspections of Danbury restaurants for September. To understand each violation, check the violation number next to the brief description with the same number in the state health code for restaurant inspections.

Each restaurant starts with a score of 100, and as each violation is noted by an inspector, one, two, three or four points are deducted from 100. The one-point violations are not included in the list. A four-point violation is an automatic failure and an automatic re-inspection at a later date.
