Danbury Police charged William Palardy, 43, 9th Ave., Danbury, with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct at about 11 p.m. Friday. Police said Palardy was held on a $2,500 bond for his arraignment scheduled for Danbury Superior Court Monday.
