A 26-year-old Danbury, CT woman involved in a one-car accident on eastbound Interstate 84 in Southeast was drunk behind the wheel, officials said.
State troopers from the East Fishkill barracks arrested the woman at about 1:15 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21. Her blood-alcohol was 0.08-percent, the legal limit, according to police.Â
The defendant was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. She was released pending a Jan. 14 appearance in Southeast Justice Court.Â
No injuries were reported.
