Use your Do-It-Yourself skills for ReStore Upcycle Challenge 2021
Registration Deadline: February 28

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore is calling all Do-It-Yourself enthusiasts and novices to make a difference in assisting their communities with the Restore Upcycle Challenge 2021.
The ReStore Upcycle Challenge 2021 will bring DIY enthusiasts and novices together to transform items found in ReStore’s 10,000 square-foot-resale warehouse into one-of-a-kind designer pieces. The transformations will be sold at the ReStore with 100% of the proceeds going toward supporting Housatonic Habitat’s mission of building affordable homes in the Greater Danbury region for qualified working families in need of decent places to live.
According to ReStore Manager Diana Arfine, “Local designers, DIY enthusiasts, and civic teams are invited to register for the free challenge. Each contestant will receive a $100 ReStore credit on furniture and materials they can use in their ReStore Upcycle Challenge project.”
