Nine closings, five price changes and four accepted offers headed Darien residential real estate results for the week ending today.

Other results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Four new listings of property for sale, and

-- No properties going under contract.

Summer vacations seem to continue to contribute to a slower August real estate market.
