Darien Real Estate Market Active as Fall Begins

Darien’s residential real estate market saw activity across the board with the onset of fall in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Nine new listings of property for sale;

-- 12 price changes;

-- Five accepted offers;

-- One property going under contract, and

-- Eight closings.
