Darien Real Estate: New Listings, Accepted Offers Jump

Darien's residential real estate saw a jump in new listings and accepted offers in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 19 new listings of property for sale;

-- Four price changes;

-- Nine accepted offers;

-- Two properties going under contract, and

-- Five closings.
