Darien Real Estate Perks up as Summer Winds Down

Darien’s residential real estate market surged this week as the kids went back to school and summer began winding down.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 10 new listings of property for sale;

-- Nine Price changes;

-- Four accepted offers;

-- One property going under contract, and

-- 10 closings.
