Darien Real Estate Posts Quarterly Gains

Darien posted real estate gains across the board for the first quarter of 2016.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Total listings up 22 percent;

-- Number sold gained 13 percent;

-- Sold volume rose 33 percent, and

-- Average sale price up 17 percent.
