Darien Sees Real Estate Sales Gains

Darien saw a gain in residential real estate sales in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Ten new listings of property for sale;

-- 12 price changes;

-- Eight accepted offers;

-- No properties going under contract and,

-- Seven closings.
