Darien Sees Rise in Real Estate Activity

Darien residential real estate ended the week today with an increase in activity.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 10 new listings of property for sale;

-- Eight price changes;

-- Six accepted offers;

-- Three properties going under contract, and

-- 20 closings.
