Durham Man Arrested for Credit Card Theft

A Durham man was arrested last week by Wallingford Police and charged with credit card theft.

Joseph J. Piccolo, 21, of 10 Aberdeen Way, was charged on May 15 with credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, criminal impersonation, third degree identity theft and larceny.

Piccolo is accused of shoplifting according to an arrest report, although details of his arrest are not clear.

Piccolo was arrested by Branford Police in February and charged with sixth degree larceny. He was subsequently charged with failure to appear.

According to court records, Piccolo plead guilty in 2011 to operating a motor vehicle under suspension and was fined $150.
