Easter Week Weather Forecast for Durham, Middlefield

Here is what to expect for the week ahead, including Easter Sunday 2016.

The springtime snowstorm has officially ended across Connecticut and the sun is shining. The calendar begins to slowly shift toward spring again.

The upcoming forecast for the next seven days, which includes Easter Sunday, features a chilly forecast early this week and then a return to more seasonal temps later.

Here is a detailed look at what to expect via the National Weather Service.

  • Monday: Snow ends, temps rise into the mid-40s.
  • Monday night: Temps back down into the mid- to upper-20s.
  • Tuesday: Mostly sunny with temps in the upper 40s but it will feel much colder early once the wind chill is factored in. It could feel as cold as 25 to 30 degrees.
  • Tuesday night: Temps in the low-40s.
  • Wednesday: Mostly cloudy and the warmest day of the week with temps around 60 degrees.
  • Wednesday night: Temps into the mid-40s with a slight chance of rain showers.
  • Thursday: Partly sunny and chilly with temps only into the mid- to upper-40s.
  • Thursday night: Temps back into the upper 30s, nearing 40.
  • Friday: Showers are expected with highs in the low 50s.
  • Friday night: Temps into the upper 30s.
  • Saturday: Mostly sunny with temps near 50 degrees.
  • Easter Sunday: Mostly sunny with temps in the low 50s.
