1. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for a 15’ side yard variance from Section 4.4. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations for the construction of a 2 car garage attached to the existing house on the easterly side of 36 Miller Road. Applicant/Owner: Justin Johnson.
