Middlefield Youngsters' 'Lemons-4-Ladies' Lemonade Stand to Benefit Fight Against Breast Cancer

Arianna, Bellamia and Kiomara Hart will operate the stand this weekend.

MIDDLEFIELD, CT — Three young sisters will run a lemonade stand this weekend in Middlefield to benefit the fight against breast cancer, reports the Meriden Record-Journal.

The Hart sisters, Arianna and Kiomara, both 9, and Bellamia, 12, will run the stand - called "Lemons-4-Ladies" - in front of their home on Main Street from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.

Money from all sales will go toward the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer program. They have already raised $500 toward the cause, which they are doing in honor of their aunt, Laura Chuba, a paraprofessional at Cook Hill Elementary School, according to the publication.
