1. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for an 8’ front yard variance from Section 4.4. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to replace the existing roof and extend the existing front porch at 28 Massasoit Road. Applicant/Owners: Jeanine Connelly and Timothy Heer.
