State police have issued an arrest warrant for a Middlefield man charged last year with multiple counts of prescription drug fraud.
Jared Coggins, 22, of 13 Greenview Lane, is wanted for failure to appear following his arrest in December by Hamden Police for DWI and failure to obey a traffic signal.
Coggins was arrested on Dec. 12 and released on $1,500 bond, according to court records.
Last August, Coggins turned himself in to Middletown Police to face nine counts of illegally obtaining prescription drugs and two counts of attempt to commit fraud.
The case has been statutorily sealed.
