A Rockfall woman arrested in March for drunk driving was driving with a suspended license when she hit a bicyclist in Durham last month, according to state police.
At approximately 9:25 p.m. on May 17, Jessica Pulk, of 207 Main Street, was traveling north on Route 17 when she attempted to turn onto Parmelee Hill Road and collided with a bicyclist, a report says.
The bicyclist, Adam Francis, 43, of North Haven, sustained only minor injuries but was taken to Middlesex Hospital for observation, according to the report. Police later determined that Francis was at fault for the accident and did not have the proper equipment to be riding at night.
Pulk, 41, was issued a misdemeanor summons for operating while under suspension.
In March, Pulk was arrested by Middletown Police after officers discovered open beer cans, a bullet and two young children in a car she was driving. Pulk was charged with driving under the influence, risk of injury to a child, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and making an improper turn.
She's due in court Thursday for both cases.
