Polling Place Change Announced For Durham

Officials announced a change in the polling places in town.

DURHAM, CT — Notice of Polling Place RELOCATION – Korn Elementary to Coginchaug Regional High School (CRHS)

Notice of change in the polling place. Korn Elementary School will NO longer be used for elections. All voting for elections will now take place at Coginchaug Regional High School gym.

Voting in Durham has been moved from Korn Elementary School to Coginchaug Regional High School (135 Pickett Lane). There will be a Referendum vote in Durham on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at this new location. The referendum will take place in the school’s gymnasium with voting hours from 6:00 AM -8:00 PM.

Parking for the referendum will be in the lot located adjacent to the football field and voters are encouraged to use the gymnasium entrance near the gazebo. Handicap parking is available. Please do not park in the circle outside of the gymnasium as that area will be reserved for curbside voting. Please use all crosswalks and sidewalks. Voters are reminded to wear masks and observe all social distancing guidelines which will be posted.
