Region 13 Schools Dismissing Early Due to Snow
Up to 10 inches of snow are expected to fall in this section of the state over the next several hours.
Durham and Middlefield students will be let out early from school today, Jan. 21.
Here is the alert from Region 13:
"This is Dr. Kathy Veronesi, Superintendent of Schools for Regional School District 13. Due to inclement weather there will be an early dismissal today."
Parts of central and southeastern Connecticut are expected to see as much as 10 inches of snow by Wednesday due to an incoming storm hitting the area Tuesday morning. Severe cold is also expected Tuesday evening with temperatures as cold as 4 degrees for this area.
