Town Of Durham Announces New Online Building Permitting System

The Town of Durham is excited to announce the launch of a new online permitting system. The introduction of the Permit Link system to request building and zoning permits online minimizes the need for residents and contractors to visit Town Hall. The permitting system is open to everyone and is easily found on the Town website home page and on the Building and Land Use Department page. This service will be available beginning Monday May 3, 2021.

Payment can be made online with a credit card or electronic check transfer from a bank account. Users may also choose to mail in a check or deliver in person.
