Town Of Durham Issues Weather Advisory For Thursday

The Town of Durham issued the following advisory in anticipation of the snow storm slated for Thursday, Feb. 9. All Region 13 schools (Durham and Middlefield) will be closed Thursday:

Town Offices, Library and Activity Center will be Closed Thursday.

Town of Durham Officials are monitoring the winter storm closely and have activated the Durham Storm Line at 860 343-6735.

Please use this number to report any storm related issues.

Power outages should be reported to Eversource directly at 1-800-286-2000.

For emergencies, dial 911.

All Town Offices will be closed on Thursday February 9th. That Includes: Town Hall, Durham Activity Center, Durham Public Library. All Recreation activities are cancelled.

The Transfer Station will be closing at noon Thursday.
