Congratulations to our Assistant Town Clerk, Tonya Hogan, for passing the Town Clerk certification exam! Tonya is now a CCTC, a Connecticut Certified Town Clerk. The certification process involves classes on the various segments of the responsibilities of the town clerk, and a final exam. Good work, Tonya!
