1. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for an 8’ side yard variance on the north side of the property from Section 4.4. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations for an inground pool with patio at 57 Louis Road. Applicant/Owner: Michael Heiligmann.
