East Hampton Mom Accused Of Getting 14-Year-Old Daughter Drunk Granted Visitation Rights

This week, a 51-year-old woman was granted visitation rights to her 14-year-old daughter after she was arrested in February for allegedly giving her daughter alcohol at a Middletown Mexican restaurant. 

On Feb. 27, Joanne G. LePage, 51, of Barrie Road, East Hampton, was charged with risk of injury to a minor for allegedly giving her daughter margaritas at Middletown's Puerto Vallarta restaurant. The girl later told police her mother would frequently give her alcohol.

Originally, the court ruled that LePage could not see her daughter, according to The Middletown Press. However, this week she was granted visitation rights to the 14-year-old, according to the newspaper.
