East Hampton Police Blotter: Aug. 29 - Aug. 31

The following information was submitted from the East Hampton Police Department. An arrest or infraction does not indicate a conviction.

Aug. 27

Zachary Lee Plitt, 18, of 1164 Heron Court, Mechanicsburg, Penn., turned himself in pursuant to an active arrest warrant. Plitt was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and tampering with a motor vehicle.

Mallory Reynolds, 26, of 84 Saner Road, Marlborough, was placed under arrest pursuant to an active PRAWN Warrant. Reynolds was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Officer Burgin and Sergeant Battista responded to 75 Daniel Street for a report of a female having violated a protective order. Danielle N. Tyler, 29, of 137 Young St., East Hampton, was placed under arrest and charged with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and risk of injury.

Peter Moore, 33, of 85 No. Main St., East Hampton, turned himself in pursuant to a warrant for his arrest for failure to register change of address as a sex offender.

John R. Loosemoore, 49, of 55 Braeburn Lane, Middletown, was issued a ticket for failure to obey a stop sign.j

Aug. 21

Xavier D. Tate, 20, of 38 Pepperidge Road, Portland, was issued a ticket for traveling unreasonably fast and passing in a no passing zone.

Aug. 20

At 7:55 p.m., Officer Burgin and Sergeant Battista responded to 16 East High St., #1 to a report of a male entering a home uninvited. The male was located inside the apartment. Brook Tegge, Jr., 19, of 5 Niles St., East Hampton, was arrested for second-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass.

Jeffrey Pratt, 19, of 27 Ola Ave., East Hampton, was arrested by Officer Wishart after he was observed driving well over the posted speed limit of 25 MPH on Clark Hill Road. Pratt was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and driving under the influence.

Aug. 16

Vincent Chasse, 18, of 171 Bukleley Hill Road, Colchester, was issued a ticket for operation of a motor vehicle by an 18-year-old without a license and failure to display a number plate.
