William Slater, 61, of 130 Davenport Ave., New Hampton, was arrested by warrant on a charge of failure to appear.

Blaire Ocelik, 31, of 81 Middletown Ave., East Hampton, was charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

Joseph A. Urbano III, 23, of 15 Elaine Drive, Moodus, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right.
July 28
Brett Michnowicz, 18, of 165 Clark Hill Road, East Hampton, was charged with possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after an accident on Route 66 near Lake Drive.
