July 17

Officers Burgin and Salafia responded to a one car motor vehicle accident in the area of 94 Colchester Avenue and reports of a domestic dispute in connection with the accident.Krostpher A. Schonagel, 24, of 29 West High St., East Hampton, was placed under arrest and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

At 3:52 p.m., Officers Pekar and Wilson responded to a report of a resident from 17 Old Coach Road attacking his caretaker.Wigberto Laboy was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.

At approximately 10:47 p.m., Officers Burgin and Hanlon responded to a report of a male resident wielding a knife at 17 Old Coach Road. Wigberto Laboy, 32, was arrested fordisorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

July 14

While conducting routine patrols of the East Hampton Stop & Shop Plaza on 11 East High St., Officer Hanlon observed a male in a tan sedan drive through the parking lot erratically.  Ryan Ruel, 40, of 50 Old Middletown Ave., East Hampton, was arrested forfailure to drive right, driving under the influence,operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating under suspension.

July 13

Joseph Urbano, 23, of 13 Elaine Drive, Moodus, was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance.

Sandor Devecis, 52, of 54 Midwood Farm Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for simple trespass.

July 8

Laura Godner, 43, of 22 Hayes Road, East Hampton, received a ticket for failure to renew her emissions.
