July 12

Officers Brault, Gionfriddo and Sergeant Boynton responded to a report of an out of control person at 4 Abbey Road.  Tracey Holton, 48, of the same address was arrested for disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Michael J. McLaughlin, 19, of 87 Main St., Apt. 2, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

Miguel Rodriguez, 37, of 5a Barton Hill Road, East Hampton, was issued a ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

July 9

Deborah Taylor, 60, of 208 Main St., Portland, turned herself in pursuant to a warrant for her arrest for violation of a criminal protective order.

Officers Burgin and Wilcox responded to West Side Manor group home for a reported fight in progress. Daniel Allen Neligon, 36, of 9 West High St., was arrested for disorderly conduct.

July 8

Samantha Lynn Strickland, 20, of 10 Starr Place, East Hampton, was issued a summons for speeding (78 MPH in a 50 MPH zone) and failure to renew registration.

Anthony J. Christiana, 20, of 71 Cherry Swamp Road, Moodus, was issued a summons for speeding (68 MPH in a 50 MPH zone).

July 5

Raymond Nadeau, 33, of 3606 Carrollwood Place, Tampa, Fla., was placed under arrest by Officer Burgin pursuant to a warrant. Nadeau was charged with accessory to third-degree larceny stemming from a 2011 incident.

July 4

Julian Clark, 27, of 220 Middlesex Ave., Chester, was arrested by Officer Wilson after Clark’s Mercedes was observed traveling at an extremely high rate of speed. Clark was charged with driving under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast, possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Todd Bower, 24, of 230 Old West High St., East Hampton, turned himself into the East Hampton Police Department pursuant to an active PRAWN warrant.
