Portland Man Charged With Ramming Woman's Car
A local man was arrested after he struck a woman's car during an argument.
PORTLAND, CT — A local man is facing charges that he rammed a woman's car in an attempt to "kill her," according to The Middletown Press. Wayne Neuman, 47, of 19 Commerce St., was charged with disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal mischief, and first-degree reckless endangerment.
Neuman is accused of ramming the victim's sedan with his pickup truck and pinning it to a tree. The woman then fled the car and narrowly avoided being struck when Neuman's truck rammed the sedan again.
The woman suffered a head injury in the incident, according to The Middletown Press.
