MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Portland resident recently won $10,000 on a scratch-off ticket that was sold in Middletown, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Leslee Gilbert won $10,000 on a $100,000 Cashword 9 scratch ticket that was sold at On The Go on Saybrook Road in Middletown on July 19.
