Quarry Ridge Golf Course Sells For $1.7 Million
The Portland golf course has been sold to Nexus Golf Properties.
PORTLAND, CT — The Quarry Ridge Golf Course has been sold for $1.7 million, according to The Hartford Business Journal. The 6400-yard, 18-hole course was sold by Timothy and Patricia Vale of Guilford to Nexus Golf Properties in April.
The course includes a club house, restaurant, and banquet facility. It opened in 1993 as a nine-hole course and was expanded in 1998, according to The Hartford Business Journal.
