Road Closure Announced In Portland Due To Flooding
BREAKING: The road may be closed for an extended period of time.
PORTLAND, CT — Route 17 A is closed in the area of the fairgrounds for flooding, the state Department of Transportation reports. The closure went into effect at 6 a.m. and may remain for more than 24 hours.
