Sign Up for East Hampton Performing Arts Camp!

Local students are invited to participate in a weeklong performing arts camp and help put on a musical version of Dr. Seuss’s classic novel “The Lorax.”

The camp, put on through the East Hampton Parks and Recreation Department, is for students in grades 1 through 8, and will take place in the East Hampton Middle School Cafeteria.

The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday, July 15, through Friday, July 19. The fee for participation is $135.

Participants will learn team-building skills and how to create characters, and parents will be invited to a production of the show at the end of the week.
