YMCA Camp Ingersoll Introduces 2 New Sport Specialty Camps

Now there are even more great options for your child at YMCA Camp Ingersoll in Portland, CT! This summer, YMCA Camp Ingersoll in Portland, CT, is partnering with Advanced SportsPlex in Middletown to offer two brand new specialty camps for campers entering grades 4-8. These new programs, “Advanced” Baseball & Softball and “Advanced” Lacrosse are for campers of all athletic abilities.

Campers will spend each morning at Advanced SportsPlex learning skills and techniques of the sport and will return to Camp Ingersoll for an afternoon of traditional camp activities such as free swim, boating, archery, ropes course, hiking, nature activities, arts & crafts, teambuilding activities, and field games.

Summer is right around the corner but it’s not too late to sign up! “Advanced” Baseball & Softball is being offered Session 2 and “Advanced” Lacrosse is being offered Session 4 and both of these camps have a limited number of spots available.
