EAST HAVEN, CT — A Branford realty company reported it sold a 17,000 square foot Commerce Street building for $650,000.

In a media release, The Geenty Group Realtors – Commercial Real Estate, said it sold 133 Commerce St. to A & G Contracting of East Haven.

The release said the company plans to "renovate the building and use it as an investment property in addition to its own operations."
