Foxon Road Medical Office Building Sells For $2.5 Million

EAST HAVEN, CT — A medical office building in East Haven sold for $2.5 million, the real estate company O,R&L Commercial of Branford, announced.

The site, 317 Foxon Road, which sits on 2 acres and was already "one hundred percent leased," is home to Urgent Care Center, "a state of the art urgent care provider with 10 locations in southern Connecticut. Other tenants include an eye care practice, a software and technology company, and MADD, "the nation’s largest nonprofit working to keep our roads safe."

The selling price was $2,500,000. The seller is Five Dees LLC and the buyer is 317 Foxon Road LLC.
