High Street Apartment Complex Sold For $3.4 Million: Broker

EAST HAVEN, CT —A 36-unit apartment complex in East Haven sold for $3,425,000, the broker announced.

Green Olive Properties Management sold the apartment complex at 60 & 70 High St., to an investor, Kisco Funding Group, Orange-based Colonial Properties, Inc., reported in a media release Friday.

Company president Michael Richetelli also noted a number of other sales that, with the East Haven sale, totaled more than $8 million.

“We continue to see very vibrant activity in the commercial real estate market," .Richetelli said. "These recent sales, two purchased as investment properties and two purchased as Owner/User properties, demonstrate the strong demand for these two sectors.”
