ATV Stolen From Somers Property, Police Say

State police are investigating the theft of an all-terrain vehicle stolen from a shed on a Somers property. 

THe ATV, a green 2009 Yamaha Grizzly 700, was stolen from a detached shed at a home on Pinney Road some time between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 6.

The vehicle is estimated to be valued at $12,000, police said.

According to a press release, police think two white male perpetrators were behind the theft. A white truck, either a Dodge or a Ford, was seen near the shed around 3 p.m., police said.

The case remains under investigation.
