Bug and Bees Day at the Ellington Farmers Market

See a living bee-hive, exotic bugs, reptiles and amphibians up close and personal. Shop local and fresh products and enjoy live music.

Bugs and Bees will be the theme of the Ellington Farmers' Market on Saturday July 8th from 9-12 in Arbor Park, Main ST., Ellington. Enjoy the marvels of a living beehive provided by beekeeper David Pease, who will be on hand to answer questions on beekeeping and offer samples of local raw honey. Dr. Bugman will present a hands-on learning experience like no other using a variety of exotic bugs, reptiles, and amphibians. Musical entertainment will be provided by the KC Sisters.
