Chef Demonstration at Ellington Farmers Market

EHS Culinary Arts Competition Team will Demonstrate and share their favorite Farmers' Market Recipes

The Ellington High School Culinary Competition Team will be demonstrating two great market recipes. Farmers' Market Quesadillas and Pico de Gallo. They will be using the local and fresh items right from our market vendors to teach you how to make an easy, healthy and delicious meal! Demo begins at 10:30. The market is over flowing with local and fresh farm products. Local fruits and vegetable are in abundance along with meats, dairy, seafood, baked goods, specialty foods and artisan wares. The popular local band Stray Dogs will be providing the musical entertainment for the event.
