Copper Hill Farm located at 144 Hall Hill Rd. in Somers will be hosting a "Pop-Up" Farmers market on Saturday April 28th from 12-4. Shop for your favorite Farmers Market items including pasture raised beef, pork cuts, bacon and sausage, duck and chicken eggs, dairy, fresh greens and produce, spring plants, artisan teas and even all natural bath, body and home products and specialty foods.
