“All’s Wool that Ends Wool” fiber festival will be held at the Ellington Farmers Market Saturday May 17th from 9am-12 noon. Highlights of the morning will include a
sheep shearing demonstration at 10:00am and kids can try their hand at Soap
Felting and Needle Felting throughout the morning. A variety of animals that produce fiber will
be at the festival including Baby Colored Angora Goats, Angora Rabbits, and
Alpacas. Fido’s Fiber, who specializing in
spinning dog’s fur into yarn, will also be
at the festival with demonstrations and information. Yarns, raw fiber and finished products will be available for purchase.
