Ellington Farmers Market begins Season with Barnyard Babies

Enjoy this springs newest farm additons, shop 40 local farm, food, and artisan vendors, enjoy live music and visit with friends and family.

Barnyard Babies is the theme for opening day at the Ellington Farmers’ Market Saturday May 12th from 9-12 in Arbor Park, Main St, Ellington. The entire family can enjoy visiting a variety of farm animals up close and personal while browsing 40 vendors bringing local and fresh products to the market. A wide variety of items are available including produce, plants, flowers, seafood, beef, pork, poultry, lamb, dairy, artisan cheese, local raw honey, baked goods, a wide variety of specialty foods and artisan wares. The Luke DeRoy Trio will be provided the musical entertainment. The market's Matching SNAP Program matches up to $20 per week per EBT card.
