Ellington Farmers' Market To Conclude Winter Season

Stock Up Saturday is the final market before a 10 week break in order for farmers to plan and plant for the outdoor summer season.

The Ellington Farmers' Market will conclude its winter season on Saturday February 20th at the Ellington High School from 9-11 am. The Super Saturday Market will be the last chance to purchase locally grown and produced food items and artisan wares until the summer season begins May 8th.

30 vendors will be in attendance bringing a wide variety of locally sourced foods including, beef, lamb, pork, seafood, dairy, eggs, baked goods (including gluten free and vegan), prepared foods, specialty foods, bath and body products and artisan wares. Pre-ordering is available in order to guaranteed the availability of products. Vendor contacts to pre-order can be found on the market website

The market continues to match SNAP up to $20 per EBT card. Simply present your card at the market booth where you will be given $40 in tokens to shop the market for a $20 deduction from your account.
