Ellington Farmers' Market Kicks off 2016 Season this Saturday
There will be plenty of local, fresh and healthy food choices at the Ellington Farmers' Market to help you keep your New Year's resolutions.
First market of 2016 is this Sat. Jan. 9th from 2-4 PM.
From free range eggs to produce, meats, dairy and seafood the market will have a wide variety of locally grown produced and harvested items to help you keep those New Year‘s resolutions to eat healthy in 2016
Now that the holidays are over, old man winter is blowing his way into our January days. Bundle up and join us this Saturday...we have fresh produce, meat, fish, dairy and hot soups to warm your heart and soul! Hillhome Country Products is back with their delicious and famous Texas pickles, and Easy Pickins Orchard has winter greens as well as exotic radishes for your salad-making pleasure. Or better yet, take dinner home to your family with a variety of luscious freshly-made salads, quiches and meat pies from which to choose. Support local farmers and entrepreneurs....join us this Saturday from 2 - 4 PM at the YMCA on Pinney Street, Ellington.
