Ellington Farmers' Market Moving to High School During Pandemic

To better ensure traffic flow and implement safety procedures the market will begin the season at the Ellington High School

The Ellington Farmers Market will begin its season on Saturday May 9th from 9-12 in the front parking lot of the Ellington High School. The move will enable the market to adhere to safety recommendations from both CT. Department of Agriculture and the North Central District Health Department. The market will move back to its location in Arbor park, once restrictions on large gatherings have been eased.

Along with the location change, the market is providing links on its website to all vendors for pre-ordering and encourages customers to do so. You will still be able to purchase items that are NOT pre-ordered. Pre-orders allow quick and easy sales and will be ready at the individual vendors booth.

A variety of no-touch options for payments will be available including Venmo and Paypal. Customers should download and register for these apps on their cell phones if possible.
