Ellington Farmers Market Opening For The Season

Over 30 vendors in a safe outdoor environment at the Ellington High School. Meats, produce, plants, dairy, seafood, specialty foods and more

The Ellington Farmers' opens the summer season Saturday May 9th from 9-12 at the new temporary location of the Ellington High School, 37 Maple St. There will be a wide variety of products available including many options for Mother's Day dinners and gifts. A complete list of vendors is listed below. The market is recommending pre-orders to speed up shopping, promote no touch transactions, and to be sure you get the products you want. Click the vendors name below to go to their pre-order information. It is also a great way to see what they offer. They are also encouraging no touch payments via paypal and venmo. Yes, you can shop with cash and yes, you do not have to pre-order but doing so would certainly help to maintain a safe shopping environment.

*Download Venmo and Paypal to your smartphones if possible
* If using cash, have small bills to minimize needing change.

The market is matching SNAP benefits up to $20 per week. Present your EBT card at the market booth to purchase SNAP tokens for shopping at the market.
