Ellington Farmers' Market Opens for Summer Season this Saturday
Enjoy barnyard babies, shop for Mothers' Day gifts, local and fresh produce and products, listen to live music, and visit friends!
After a cool brisk April, we are filled with joy to welcome May and another season of our outdoor farmers' market. What better way to celebrate "new life" than to visit our barnyard babies and their new, fuzzy cuteness! Join us this Saturday from 9 to noon as we kickoff the summer market season with fresh greens, beautiful summer plants and your favorite bakery, dairy and meat products as well as gorgeous artisan wares. We"ll have everything you need to bring a smile to Mom's face on Mother's Day as well. Come and meet our new and guest vendors and visit with your friends and neighbors as you enjoy the fresh spring air; don't forget to pack your basket or reusable grocery bags to bring home plenty of locally grown or produced goodies to last until next week.

The Market is Matching SNAP DollarsHOW? Present your EBT card at the Market Booth where you can request any dollar amount to be debited from your card. That amount will be given to you in the form of SNAP coins redeemable at the Ellington Farmers Market only. The market will match the amount of snap coins up to $20 per week. We deduct $20 from you EBT and give you an $40 in SNAP coins to spend. This program will last until the budget is depleted
